Objectives

The objective of the Degree Master in Management and Labour Management is to train professionals in the workplace high-level ability to solve business problems and complex human resources, either as professionals in the public or private sector or both as scholar of labour law and human resources.

  • Possess knowledge and understanding to provide a basis or opportunity for originality in developing and / or applying ideas, often within a research context.
  • Apply the acquired knowledge and be capable of solving problems in new or unfamiliar environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to their field of study.
  • Be able to integrate knowledge and handle complexity, and formulate judgments based on information that was incomplete or limited, include reflecting on social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments.
  • Be able to communicate their conclusions and the knowledge and rationale – sustain – to specialists and non- specialists in a clear and unambiguous.
